ArmorTech Sight Warranty
- LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY -
AXCEL ARMORTECH Sights are guaranteed only to the original owner, with a valid sales receipt, against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear for the lifetime of the product. Fiber optic breakage or modification is never covered under warranty. T.R.U. Inc., the manufacturer of AXCEL Sights, reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts at its discretion. In the event of breakage due to defective parts, the liability of T.R.U. Inc. shall never exceed the original retail cost of the product. Defects caused by normal wear may be repaired for an additional charge.

AX Tournament Sight Warranty
- LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY -
AXCEL AX Tournament Sights are guaranteed to the original owner with a valid sales receipt against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear for the lifetime of the product. T.R.U., Inc., the manufacturer of AXCEL Sights, reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts at its earliest convenience if the sight has been used according to the enclosed instructions. T.R.U., Inc. alone will judge whether a defect has been caused by normal wear and which parts will be repaired or replaced. Defects caused by normal wear may be repaired for an additional charge.

LIMITATIONS TO GUARANTEE
Parts that are modified, abused, or not used according to the instructions are not covered by this guarantee. T.R.U., Inc. shall not be liable for injuries or property damage of any kind. This guarantee is only valid to the original owner and is void if the original owner does not have the sales receipt. IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU KEEP YOUR SALES RECEIPT IN A SAFE PLACE, AS REPAIRS WILL NOT BE PERFORMED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT! All packages sent to T.R.U., Inc. must have a return authorization (RA) number.

If you believe that a return to our factory is needed, call 434-929-2800 for a return authorization (RA) number, then UPS ship INSURED to T.R.U., Inc., 131 Crennel Drive, Madison Heights, VA 24572. T.R.U., Inc. is not liable for products that are lost in shipping, so it is very important to INSURE all shipments and make sure that your package has a tracking number. All returns must have a return authorization number, a short explanation of the problem, and be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. The RA# must be written on the outside of the package or the package will not be accepted.

Clean/Re-work Charge:
1) Labor Charge: $10 Release/$15 Sight
2) If parts need to be replaced due to wear, we will contact you with a quote

Not covered under warranty:
1) Wrist straps (unless items are sewn incorrectly)
2) Releases shot through a bow (shooter lets go of handle during the shot process) as evidenced by bent firing pins or abnormal dents in the handle.
3) Releases or sights that have problems because they have been disassembled, abused, modified, or subject to abnormal conditions like pocket lint, dust, dirt, mud, sweat, saltwater or fire.
4) Releases or sights that have problems because of normal wear.
5) Stripped set screws

Note: If we find that the problem is not a warranty issue, we will contact you with a quoted repair cost. If you don't want to pay for the repairs, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping back to you. Returned products not paid for within three months will be discarded.
